I travel pretty frequently with work and over the years have learned that jogging is the best way to squeeze in an exercise during travel time. It gives you the chance to explore the destination you’re visiting. Also pretty convenient since most resort’s fitness centers have limited workout equipment. Especially really early mornings when the city is hardly waking-up or heading to work. Seeing the interactions of the locals gives you the chance to learn about the authenticity and the culture of the destination you’re visiting. Of course, it’s always safer to take someone with you.
