Decided to share one of my favorite smoothie recipes that’s easy to make, and perfect for a rainy day if you’re stuck at home like me. Home all day today, and too lazy to get out in the rain to get food so decided to work with all my current ingredients in my fridge. This smoothie is really tasty and doesn’t require a lot of ingredients to make. I love it because it’s also nutritious, and serves as your daily intake of fruit/veggies. It actually tastes so good I almost forget that it’s also ‘healthy’ which is why I decided to call it: Doesn’t Taste So Healthy Smoothie LOL. (for all of you who asked about it on Snapchat)
Doesn’t Taste So Healthy Smoothie
All you need for one large-sized cup is: (size of cup shown in my image)
- 1 Avacado
- 1 Orange
- 1 Lime
- 1 Bunch Cilantro
- 1 Tablespoon Raw Organic Honey Or Agave Nectar ( you can put more if you want to make it sweeter)
Start out by peeling all the fruit (including avocado), and cut off the excess ends of the greens
Add everything in the blender, and blend until smooth
You may also add ice if you want to enjoy it even colder.
The amount of honey I used in this recipe makes the smoothie semi-sweet, but if you want it sweeter you may want to add more orange or honey.
Serve and enjoy! ✌️
